Perfect Placement's Charter for Candidates

Candidates who apply to Perfect Placement UK Ltd. for an advertised vacancy, or who contact us to register their details for future vacancies, will benefit from the following processes:

Direct Contact

One of our specialist recruitment consultants will contact you to acknowledge your application and arrange a suitable time to talk. They have unrivalled Automotive Recruitment experience and local area knowledge; so they will be the right person to help you.

In-depth Registration Process

We will discuss your requirements and motivations behind looking for a new opportunity in order to understand the direction you want your career to take. Then, we will discuss with you the suitable positions we currently have, or with your permission, we will proactively market your specific skills to our clients until we find the right position for you.

Peace of Mind

We have always been a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation. This means that we are bound by their strict code of practice and live up to their highest standards. So you can be 100% certain that you will receive a completely ethical and professional service.

Latest CV

We will need an up-to-date copy of your CV, don’t worry if you haven’t got one our specialist recruitment consultants will advise you how to prepare the perfect CV. We will also need photographic ID and two references from people who can be contacted, if required.

Permission before CV submission

We will never submit your details to any client without your prior consent. Such submissions will consist of your CV and brief profile of your key attributes.

Application Feedback

Once we have made an application on your behalf, feedback will be obtained from the client within 24 hours where possible. If they do not wish to progress with the application, we will then obtain their reasons and discuss these with you.

Interview Confirmation

When a client wishes to progress, we will organise an interview and confirm details to you by email. We will also discuss with you the format of the interview, including any requirement to do presentations or tests, and advise what else you will need to take with you.

Immediate Feedback

After your interview, you must contact us immediately to give your thoughts on the company and how you feel it went.

Reverse Feedback

Our aim is to contact you with the client’s feedback within 24hrs; however, occasionally it does take longer to obtain the information. Once received, we will discuss this with you. If you have been unsuccessful, we will provide reasons. If successful, we will steer you through the necessary process. The same confirmation and interview-preparation process will apply for all subsequent stages.

Salary Negotiations

When a job offer is made, we will assist you in negotiating the best salary possible and agree a start date. We will also offer advice and support throughout your resignation and notice period from your existing position, if applicable.

Placement Aftercare

We will keep in regular contact with you during your first three months to ensure you are settling in well. After this, we will have no further direct contact with you.
