Master Technician Needed in Trafford Park
  • Location: Trafford Park
  • Working Hours: Flexible 4-day working week available (40 or 42.5 hours per week)
  • Salary: Basic up to £44,600 (dependent on skills and experience) + OTE up to £48,800 (uncapped)
Our client, a well-established automotive retailer, is seeking an experienced Master Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected employer offering a supportive environment, excellent rewards, and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities for a Master Technician:
  • Carry out complex diagnostics, repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards
  • Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
  • Support and mentor junior technicians within the workshop
  • Complete job cards, paperwork and digital systems accurately
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For in a Master Technician:
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent qualification)
  • Proven experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician within the motor trade
  • Manufacturer training, EV training, MOT or F-Gas certification (desirable)
  • Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
