I joined Perfect Placement in 2008 after taking a career break to travel the world with my now-wife. I initially came on board as the Regional Automotive Recruitment Consultant for the South West of England, progressing to Principal Recruitment Consultant and later to Managing Consultant.

Seventeen years on, I’ve taken on a new challenge managing all of our Motor Trade Recruitment for the Essex and East London region. My focus is on building long-term relationships and becoming the go-to contact for both employers and job seekers in the local automotive industry.

Clients and candidates consistently trust me to deliver results - whether that’s sourcing top talent or helping someone secure their next career move. I approach every opportunity with the same energy, commitment, and enthusiasm that I had on day one.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife, our two children, and our dog.
