My name is Kinga and I currently work as an Automotive Recruitment Executive, I work closely with Martin Bane to provide Motor Trade Recruitment services to those living and working in the South Coast. I started my journey with Perfect Placement in November 2023 as an apprentice within the Recruitment Support team.

After successfully completing my apprenticeship and gaining hands-on experience and knowledge of the Motor Trade, I enjoyed pormotion to Recruitment Executive. In this role, I focus on everythign Automotive Recruitment in the South Coast region, building strong relationships with local dealerships and motor trade businesses to connect them with the best talent in the motor industry.

My background within our recruitment support team has given me valuable insights into the recruitment process, enabling me to understand both candidate and client needs thoroughly. This foundation helps me deliver tailored Automotive recruitment solutions that meet the fast-paced demands of the motor trade market.

Outside of work, I enjoy catching up with my family and going out with friends for “a couple of drinks” - which somehow always ends up being a few more than intended!
