I joined Perfect Placement in 2021 as a Recruitment Executive, looking after the Automotive and Motor Trade recruitment needs of the Hampshire & Surrey area. Due to my continued success in my role, I have gained promotion to Senior Recruitment Consultant in July 2025 and now oversee the South West area from Taunton & Yeovil to Lands End across to Dorset.

In my working life I have always excelled at helping others to achieve and develop, be they colleagues or in most cases customers. I enjoy passing on my experience and knowledge to others and recruitment is the perfect opportunity to make a real difference doing this and improve people’s opportunities for the better. I have a great understanding of the Automotive Industry and have built great relationships across the areas I recruit in to ensure I am able to provide an outstanding Motor Trade recruitment service.

In my spare time, I am an avid amateur Photographer spending the majority of my spare time doing this and it also gets me out and about a lot. I am practicing different types of photography including Nature, Wildlife, Street, Landscape and Automotive as well. My dream is to travel to many different countries and document my experiences via photography.
