Will Grant is a Trainee Recruiter and Candidate Attraction Team Member at Perfect Placement, having joined the business in June 2025. As the first point of contact on our switchboard, he handles incoming calls and directs candidates and clients to the correct recruitment specialists. Will is currently completing a Level 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship, building the foundational communication skills required to progress into a full-time Recruitment Executive position.

His daily focus involves managing the main switchboard and answering initial enquiries. Alongside handling incoming calls, Will actively supports the automotive recruitment process by sourcing candidates from major job boards and advertising our latest vacancies online. Drawing on a strong background in customer service, he prioritises clear and articulate communication to build genuine rapport over the phone. Will's thorough approach when speaking to candidates, or carrying out his other duties, ensures he accurately directs people to the right regional consultants, helping businesses hire better staff by connecting them with the appropriate team member immediately.

Outside of sourcing automotive talent, Will is an active sports journalist and content creator. Since the age of 16, he has built a social media following of over 5,000 people by producing dedicated academy coverage for Norwich City F.C. He is a regular panellist on a Norwich City podcast and contributes monthly articles to a local newspaper. This journalism experience has strengthened his attention to detail and ability to engage an audience. These are communication skills that transfer naturally into his daily recruitment work.
