Our client, a Franchise Approved Motorcycle Dealer in the Cheltenham area, is currently looking to hire an experienced and professional Motorcycle Technician / Mechanic for their busy Service Department!


Reporting to the Workshop Manager and working as part of a team, as a Motorcycle Technician your main duties will include carrying out fault diagnosis, service, and repair as instructed to the standards laid down by the manufacturer and our client. You will need to ensure faults are accurately diagnosed and report to the Workshop Manager as required on motorcycle condition, safety, reliability and performance. As a Motorcycle Technician you will need to ensure that quality procedures relating to the function laid down by our client and manufacturer are adhered to at all times.


You will ideally be a fully qualified Motorcycle Technician / Mechanic to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent however our client is also willing to consider candidates that have a minimum of 3 years mechanical experience, either automotive or motorcycle. You must hold a UK motorcycle driving license be a committed individual and a good team player. You must be able to produce a high quality of work in a busy environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for you team.


For your hard work our client is offering

Starting basic salary between 19-24,000 per annum pending experience.
22 days holiday allowance plus the bank holidays.

You are required to work Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm plus every other Saturday 8:30am-1:00pm (average 42.5 hour week).
