Workshop Service Support Required For Motorcycle Main Dealer - Bournemouth
Our client, a motorcycle dealership in Bournemouth, are looking for a Workshop Service Support Executive to join their team. Key responsibilities include;
o Liaise with the Workshop Executive in providing support as necessary for the effective organisation and performance of the workshop.
o Working with all service, parts and workshop staff on a daily basis to ensure high levels of customer presentation and professional service standards are achieved and maintained, assisting with any requirements as required.
o To communicate and liaise with customers directly as required by telephone and face to face with regards any customer service support requirements and technical enquiries.
o Working with all sales staff to receive all new motorcycle deliveries as scheduled weekly from each franchise manufacturer and preparing for PDI.
o Unpacking of all new motorcycle deliveries, disposing of all packaging materials whilst reporting any damages or discrepancies.
o Working with all workshop staff to assist in the completion of all required PDIs and full preparation of new motorcycles for showroom presentation including the fitment of accessories as necessary.
o Assist in the technical health checking and machine preparation of all used motorcycles received and prepare to high professional standard for showroom presentation.
o Maintain and service the franchise sales demonstrator fleet ensuring that all machines are available at all times to a high and professional standard for customer evaluation.
o Complete individual vehicle health checks as required following completion of customer service appointments including machine valet as required.
o Provide a productive, efficient and reliable van delivery and collection service as required with the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
o Maintain the presentation of the delivery and collection van at all times for professional presentation purposes and completed a weekly check as scheduled.
o Work to deadlines to ensure that all work is completed on time effectively and efficiently.
o To pre-pick parts as required against individual workshop job cards replacement parts in preparation for job completion by workshop staff.
o Maintain the professional presentation and cleanliness of the workshop, service, compound and valeting areas at all times to maximise appearance and image for customers.
o Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adhere to relevant health and safety procedures.
o To carry out any ad-hoc supportive duties deemed reasonable over and above standard duties where necessary throughout the company.
