Aftersales Service Executive Required For Motorcycle Main Dealer - Bournemouth
Our client, a motorcycle dealership in Bournemouth, are looking for an Aftersales Service Executive to join their team. Key responsibilities include;
o Greet every customer visiting or telephoning the showroom in a punctual (within five rings), efficient, professional and courteous manner and ensure that accurate contact details are captured.
o Handle all enquiries for motorcycles, service, clothing and accessories directly and ensure immediate and efficient follow-up as required.
o Maintain a professional and quality showroom environment throughout at all times in order to maximise sales, display effectiveness, appearance and image for customers.
o Maximise and upsell all service opportunities through professional sales techniques and customer contact skills.
o Maintain accurate customer service records utilising DMS and after sales computerised system.
o Ensure regular and timely service and MOT reminders are sent out on a weekly basis and followed up by telephone to ensure maximum customer retention and after sales business.
o Accurately record all motorcycle health checks as completed by technicians and telephone follow up all deferred/recommended work to sell/maximise all after sales business opportunities.
