Automotive Business Manager Required for Main Car Dealership - South Buckinghamshire
Our Client, a Prestige Main Car Dealer in the South Buckinghamshire area is currently looking to hire a high performing Automotive Business Manager to join their successful team.
Our Client is looking for candidates who have had prior experience at a Sales Controller, Business Manager and Transaction Manager level looking for a chance to work for a Prestige dealership.
You will need to be a highly polished individual with excellent organisation and communication skills who can provide leadership to the sales team, support to the management team and have a calm and professional outlook in this highly demanding and pressurised position.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
To maximise the profitable sales of finance and insurance products
To assist in the closing of vehicle sales by providing finance products as an aid to selling
To ensure company F&I policies are followed and adhered to by all employees when using finance and insurance products
Ensure sales and profit targets are achieved by working closely with the Sales Executives and Sales Manager
