Service & PDI Centre Manager Required for Main Dealer Group - Manchester
Our client, a recognised and successful dealer group, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Service and PDI Centre Manager for their busy hub in Manchester.
This role is crucial in supporting the Regional Aftersales Manager to drive forward the aftersales performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide positive customer experiences in all instances, leading by example to promote a customer focused team performance.
Leading a team of Service Technicians and Service Advisors in a busy environment.
Managing customer retention and workshop efficiencies.
Ensuring the Service department achieves budget objectives by continually examining accounts, operating controls & composite figures.
The suitable candidate will have had previous experience in a similar role. The key skills required are managing vehicle logistics (New and Used) for the group, overseeing preparation for both new and used vehicles, organising and scheduling of collection and deliveries of new and used vehicles within group.
This is a hands on role and will suit someone who is used to working under pressure and able to deliver on tight deadlines. May also be required to work Saturday mornings as and when required.
This position offers a fantastic package, including 30 days of holiday per year and a Monday to Friday 40 hour week contract.
