Warranty Admin / Assistant Required For Main Car Dealer Group - Lancashire
Our client, an expanding Main Car Dealership in Lancashire is currently recruiting for a Warranty Administrator / Assistant. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of a fantastic dealer group with excellent development opportunities.
The applicant will ideally have main car dealer administrator experience and be process driven in order to keep on top of the warranty payments day to day tasks. The successful candidate will be required to travel between three of the central dealerships.
The successful candidates responsibility will be to produce claims for work covered by a form of insurance guarantee or warranty, for submission to the manufacturer or appropriate company for payment. You will be expected to provide a professional administration service that contributes to complete customer satisfaction.
The successful applicant will have a motor vehicle background, ideally within Warranty, with an up-to-date knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation. However, candidates from other admin backgrounds will be considered, and on-the-job training will be provided by the existing Warranty Administrator.
Duties will include:
Maintaining good working relationships between customers, dealerships and manufacturers
Scheduling warranty payments and procedures
Following up warranty issues
Maintaining an up to date status on all requested certifications and licences
Acknowledging all guidelines and policies
Answering warranty related queries
