Mobile Smart Repairer/Painter Needed in Shropshire
  • Basic salary between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm - No weekends!

Our client, one of the largest dealer groups in the UK, is looking for a Mobile Smart Repairer/Painter. The successful candidate will cover 4 sites throughout Shropshire, working from a state-of-the-art van. Key duties include pre-paint preparation, surface preparation, and polishing vehicles to customer standards.

What you'll be doing as a Mobile Smart Repairer/Painter with our Client:
  • Pre-paint preparation, preparing vehicles to be painted by hand or machine
  • Surface preparation, filling, sanding and cleaning surfaces
  • Unpacking, handling and preparing parts prior to paint
  • Organisation of working area and work in progress
  • Polish all makes of cars to customer standards.
  • Polish both fresh and original paint finish.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions on job cards.
What's required from you? Our client expects from their Mobile Smart Repairer/Painter:
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a vehicle repair shop or mobile role
  • Attention to detail
  • Health & Safety and environmental awareness
  • Full clean UK drivers licence
  • Willingness to learn and use specialised tools and equipment.
  • Teamwork to support and accommodate requests.
  • Being focused and self-motivated.
  • Full clean UK drivers licence.
