Service Vehicle Technician required in the Braintree area.
 
Our motor trade client is a well-established Independent Service Centre with an excellent reputation in the locality, they are actively looking for a skilled Service Vehicle Technician to join their small but friendly team.
 
This opportunity will ideally suit a Service Vehicle Technician who has a great deal of experience, is wanting to focus on getting the job done working in a relaxed environment rather than completing endless paperwork under pressure and is looking for a stable basic than chasing bonus opportunity!
 
Details & Benefits include:
  • Company: Independent Service Centre.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm.
  • 28 days holiday allowance (including bank holidays).
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
  • Full UK Driving Licence Required along with your own set of tools.
As an employer they offer flexibility with weekend working hours / pay scale:
  • If you chose to work alternate Saturday mornings 8.00am-12.00pm the basic salary will be up to £35,000 p.a. (depending on skill set and experience).
  • If you do not wish to work Saturday mornings the basic salary will be up to £33,280 p.a. (depending on skill set and experience).
The role will primarily be completing services and minor repair work to all makes and models of vehicle in a timely manner. Requirements for this Service Vehicle Technician role:
  • A solid professional track record as a Vehicle Technician.
  • Ideally qualified as an MOT Tester but not essential to the role.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Your own set of tools.
