  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 Hours (Flexible Hours)

A respected Car Dealership based in Kettering is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for all manner of repairs, so you must be confident in all aspects of light vehicle repairs and maintenance and complete all repairs to a high standard. 
 
Key Responsibilities Of The Vehicle Technician:
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Utilise diagnostic equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot faults.
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation for each job.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Requirements of The Vehicle Technician Role:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or automotive repair environment.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair techniques.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
