As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of the business, responsible for providing top-notch service to their valued clients. Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering helpful information about our products and services.
- Manage the aftersales reception desk, ensuring all customers are efficiently booked into the service centre.
- Process orders for parts and accessories.
- Coordinate between customers and technicians to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
- Handle telephone calls and face-to-face interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
