Our client is seeking an experienced Service Reception / Service Advisor to join their team in Halifax. 

For this Service Receptionist / Advisor role you will be:
  • Committed to achieving excellent customer service
  • Organised & able to multi task
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Professional work ethic
  • A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work to aid accurate identification of required items
  • Good telephone manner
  • Liaise between the workshop and customer to ensure a smooth customer experience. 
For this Service Receptionist / Advisor role you will need:
  • Full UK License
  • Previous experience in the motor trade - any background with the skillset to transfer. (Whether you are a service administrator, service advisor, service administrator or service receptionist.)
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Be able to work as part of team as well as on your own. 
For this Service Receptionist / Advisor role you will get:
