For this Service Receptionist / Advisor role you will be:
- Committed to achieving excellent customer service
- Organised & able to multi task
- Ability to use own initiative
- Professional work ethic
- A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work to aid accurate identification of required items
- Good telephone manner
- Liaise between the workshop and customer to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Full UK License
- Previous experience in the motor trade - any background with the skillset to transfer. (Whether you are a service administrator, service advisor, service administrator or service receptionist.)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be able to work as part of team as well as on your own.
