- Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
- Be a key figure in the front of house team.
- Manage customer bookings and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Offer professional advice on repair options and invoice work accurately.
- Maximise upsell opportunities through the vehicle health check process.
- Prepare estimates for repair costs and timescales.
- Promote service plans and other aftersales products.
- Handle customer invoices, payments, and follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction.
- Previous motor trade experience in a Service Advisor or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in computer systems.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Competitive salary with on-target earnings of up to £35,000.
