I am working with a large client who is looking for a Workshop Controller who will be able to bring experience and expertise into their Franchised Dealership in Aberdeen.

What is needed as a Workshop Controller:
  • Previous experience in a similar role – Highly beneficial
  • Able to ensure all work is assigned to the correct Technicians.
  • Can help to develop and train junior members of staff.
  • Able to multitask workloads.
  • Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to react and deal with arising issues.
  • Can keep Technicians working to schedules.
  • Able to communicate and work alongside other departments.
  • Can provide technical support and deliver a fantastic customer service.
  • Able to provide reports for senior management.
  • Can keep within budgets and help to maximise profits.
