This role offers comprehensive administrative support to the busy sales team, handling document processing, vehicle registration, and customer communication as needed to ensure seamless transactions.
As the Sales Administrator, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and ordering vehicles
- Preparing vehicle invoices
- Registering new cars
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate stock reports
- Providing support and communication to the sales team
- Ensuring all vehicle delivery documentation is completed accurately and promptly
- Performing any ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
