Our Main Car Dealer client is actively looking to hire a fully qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician for their large site based in Chelmsford.

The primary role of a Vehicle Technician will be to Service and repair vehicles including basic diagnostics across the Brands range of vehicle systems, as well as being an excellent team member working alongside other Vehicle Technicians in the workshop.

Details & Employee Benefits:
  • Basic salary will be up to £32,000 p.a. depending on skill set, qualifications and experience.
  • A Highly competitive monthly efficiency bonus giving an on target earnings of £42,000 p.a.

Vehicle Technician duties will include:
  • Ensure quality standards and a first-time fix.
  • Complete video vehicle health checks.
  • Point out any issues and sell-up opportunities.
  • Communicate with workshop managers regarding the progress of your work.
  • Develop your skills & knowledge via regular training.
  • Maintain a clean & safe work bay.
