Our automotive client is an established Franchise / Main Car Dealer based in Colchester, they are actively looking for a Service Advisor for their front of house service department.

This is a busy car dealership seeing in many cars per day so you will need to be well organised, focused and comfortable spinning many plates whilst exuding excellent customer service at all times!

They have an excellent team and a good reputation as an employer, they pay a fair salary and have an achievable bonus package!

Details & Benefits of this Service Advisor vacancy:
  • Company: Franchise / Main Car Dealership.
  • Early Shifts: 7.30am to 6.00pm Mon-Thurs, Fri 7.30am to 5.30pm. (47hrs/wk).
  • Late Shifts: 8.00am to 6.00pm Mon/Weds/Fri and 8.00am to 7.00pm Tues and Thurs (47hrs/wk).
  • 1 hour lunch breaks.
  • NO SATURDAYS!
  • Basic Salary: £28,500 + Bonus = On Target Earnings: up to £32,000 p.a.
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
To be successful in this Service Advisor role you need to be comfortable dealing with:
  • All aspects of the Main Dealer Service Advisor role.
  • Welcoming the customers into the Service Centre.
  • Putting the job cards together.
  • Keeping the customers informed good news or bad.
  • Upsell, warranty, invoicing.
  • Dealing with queries over the phone and via the internet.
For this role the ideal candidate will have a stable employment history from within a Main Car Dealer working front of house in the service department, UK Right to Work & Full UK Manual Driving Licence are essential to have.
