Salary: £28.5k Basic + £32k+ Uncapped OTE
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays

They are seeking a personable and focused Automotive Service Advisor who has at least 6 months Customer Service Advising experience in the Automotive industry, to join and support the work of their Service Department to book customers cars in for service, MOT or repair, lead, motivate and train the existing Customer Service team. This is a critical role to the success of the business, as such the commission and rewards they offer set them apart from other Dealerships in their local area.

Within this Service Advisor role your typical duties will include:
- Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with Car Technicians
- Liaison with customers about any additional work required
- Greeting customers and scheduling services
- Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
- Handling customer complaints
- Responding to customer requests
- Warrant administration and reporting
- Tracking the vehicle through the workshop.
