- Staff Leadership: Manage, develop, and motivate a team of technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Administrative Duties: Handle job card creation, invoicing, parts ordering and returns, cashing up, and banking.
- Site Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the site, keeping it clean, safe, and operational.
- Reporting: Liaise with Head Office and provide monthly reports on branch performance.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage your time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and achieve business goals.
- Commercial Focus: Understand the financial aspects of the branch, including profit and loss, and balance costs accordingly.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and the ability to diagnose and rectify faults.
- Proactive Attitude: Take initiative and ownership of issues, demonstrating a can-do attitude.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with team members and customers.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed of external factors affecting the motor industry.
- Driving License: Full valid UK driving license required.
