Key Responsibilities of a Used Car Sales Executive:
- Building relationships with customers and providing outstanding customer service
- Identifying and understanding customers' needs and recommending appropriate vehicles
- Conducting test drives with customers and demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
- Achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining profitability
- Accurately recording all customer details and vehicle transactions
- Maintaining a high standard of vehicle knowledge and ensuring all stock is presentable and well-maintained
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of generating a high number of sales and delivering customer demand
- Experience within a Sales environment/customer facing role or telesales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confident and highly presentable
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- A full, clean driving licence
- A realistic OTE of £75,000+.
