Vehicle Parts Advisor required in Oxford.
  • Starting salary up to £27,960 per annum plus additional £6,000 annual bonus potential. 
  • 8:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced Parts Advisor at our client's premium franchise-approved car dealership situated in Oxford.

Reporting to the Parts Manager and working as part of a friendly team, as a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for the efficient running of the Parts Department, ensuring customers are served politely and responsibly with all automotive parts ranging from wheels to air conditioning systems, and Vehicle Technicians are served as quickly and accurately as possible with the correct parts for the the vehicles they're repairing. 

To be eligible, you will need to hold recent or current vehicle parts experience within a franchise-approved automotive car dealership. You will also need to be IT literate given you will work daily with an electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic telephone manner. You will have a passion for the motor vehicle industry, and be able to recognise excellence and have a basic knowledge of the vehicles our client works with.
