My client in the North Newcastle area is recruiting for a Service Advisor at their busy franchise site. The role encompasses elements of the Parts department as well as Service the service responsibilities due to the small team at this family run automotive business, but support and full supplementary training will be provided from the start.

The opportunity sees you working with a client  who is an excellent partner of ours and have been operating for over 100 years! If you wanted to take on a unique opportunity in a customer facing role this could be for you. 

The successful Service Advisor will:
  • Provide excellent customer care throughout.
  • Upsell service packages to customers in consultation settings.
  • Be from a motor trade customer service background with excellent industry knowledge.
  • Aid the Parts department when required and provide any parts services required.
  • Follow up on Service work to streamline processes.
The successful Service Advisor will receive:
  • Up to c.£28,000 basic salary
  • Excellent bonus potential at site.
  • Training and Support provided from the start of your employment.
