Car Parts Advisor Vacancy in Woodford, London.
  • Basic Salary £25,000 with a guarantee paid up to £28,000 + achievable bonus opportunity giving an overall earning of £34,000 to £35,000 p.a.
  • Monday – Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm.
  • Saturday Rota (1 in 3) 8.00am to 1.30pm.
  • Contract: Full Time Permanent.
Our Main Car Dealer client has a fantastic reputation as a Motor Trade employer in the area and an excellent staff retention rate…they treat their staff well, listen to them and offer a great place to work with a solid team environment! They are looking for an experienced Car Parts Advisor to join their busy team.

The Parts Advisor role will be working on the Front and Back Counter Parts providing customer service on a face-to-face basis and when required servicing the Technicians within the workshop with the required parts for their allocated jobs, upselling parts sales as well as externally and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities of this Car Parts Advisor:
  • To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts.
  • To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service and promote customer satisfaction and dealership CXI rating.
  • Working within the sales team on sales of product promotions by answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries.
  • To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay.
  • To ensure that the work area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and that Health and Safety and COSHH requirements are adhered to all times.
What Our Client is Looking For:
  • Previous Car Parts Advisor experience, ideally within a Franchise / Main Car Dealership.
  • Good telephone manner and customer facing skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Great Team player that gets on well with colleagues and helps out.
  • Technical knowledge of vehicles, and vehicle parts is helpful, enabling you to answer customer queries.
  • A Full Manual UK Driving License is essential with up to a maximum of 6 points.
