Our client, a franchise-approved repairer and used car dealer group located across South Wales, is currently looking to recruit a Service Manager to join their repair centre in the Llantrisant region.
 
Reporting to the Service Director and responsible for a team of 6-8 Vehicle Technicians, 2 Service Advisor and a Customer Care Advisor, you will be a proactive member of our client's management team with responsibility for running an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour.

To be eligible you will need to have recent or current experience working as a Service Manager within a franchise-approved car dealership ideally from a technical background however, our client is also willing to consider candidates from a service advisor or workshop control background presuming you have experience as a proven manager since. You will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation. You will need to be IT literate and have a UK driving license with minimal points.

  • Starting salary up to £36,000 per annum pending experience and current earnings.
