Bodyshop Technician (Panel & Paint Sprayer) – Aldershot, Hampshire
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday only
  • Pay: £18 - £21 per hour

Our client is a leading automotive crash repair business based in Aldershot, Hampshire. They are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Technician with a preference for Panel and Paint Spraying to join their dedicated team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities as a Bodyshop Technician With Our Client:
  • Assessing and repairing minor dents, dinks, and scrapes on fleet vehicles.
  • Panel replacement and alignment to manufacturer specifications.
  • Paint spraying and refinishing to ensure a high-quality factory finish.
  • Prepping and sanding vehicles to achieve the best paint results.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
  • Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards.
What We’re Looking For in a Bodyshop Technician:
  • Experience in either Panel Beating or Paint Spraying (or both!).
  • Ability to complete high-quality repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative workshop environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Previous experience in a crash repair or bodyshop environment preferred.
