Our news

With the eve of the 2014 year end upon us let us look back at some Automotive highlights and what 2015 will bring.

Firstly some good news, the doom and gloom of 2009 seems to be behind us all, New Car registrations saw a month on month rise throughout the year with September 2014 being a decade high! The government invested £.75m to support Ultra Low Emission Vehicles and both Tesla and BMW showed us all the potential future of motoring in an era without crude oil. Jaguar (F-Type) proved to the world that a manual gearbox in a sports car can work and here at Perfect Placement, we had a record year of placements, helping more Automotive candidates find new jobs than any year before alongside winning Automotive Recruitment Agency of the Year for the second year.

So with a good year behind us (almost) what will 2015 bring? News reports suggest the following:

  • The welcome return of Honda, with new models and facelifts to current ones.
  • New car registrations will continue to rise
  • Alfa Romeo will finally bring back the Giulia (a personal 2015 high for me)
  • The exciting re-launch of the Nissan Pulsar continues with the Nismo

To name but a few.
