This year marked the third Hats on 4 Ben and the team at Perfect Placement did not disappoint.

From Tin-Foil Hats (very creative) to Oktoberfest Headgear and a traditional Vietnamese nón lá – we were bowler-ed over by the dedication of the team here at Perfect Placement in ensuring we did our part to raise funds for Ben, the automotive industry’s charity.

Hosted on World Mental Health Day, Hats on 4 Ben is now an annual tradition for the Motor Trade, and what a fun day!

Ben asked for a £2 donation per individual that took part to help transform their mental health support across the sector.

Ben hopes the campaign will continue to go from strength to strength, raising funds to support its life-changing work helping industry colleagues with issues like anxiety and depression. Every £2 donation will help Ben start the conversation about mental health with those who are struggling.

Mental health issues can impact anyone at any time, with 1 in 4 people affected each year. Ben has seen a sharp increase in automotive industry people asking for help with their mental health every year so is continuing to focus on raising awareness and raising funds to support its work.
