Following the most recent Government announcement, the whole team at Perfect Placement would like to provide you with an update as to how we are handling the latest lockdown.

We would like to let you know that we are still operating business as usual and continue to offer both our Automotive Clients and Motor Trade Jobseekers our award-winning service.

With news of the lockdown, it may have felt natural for some of you to put a hold on your Automotive Recruitment and of course, with the uncertainty surrounding things, we do understand. However, we believe that now is a great time to continue with, or look at, your Automotive Recruitment Requirements and keep your momentum going.

The Motor Trade Recruitment market, since our return in June, has been picking up significantly. We are still registering lots of Automotive Skilled Jobseekers who are looking for a new challenge, interviews are ongoing, job offers are being made and we are still advertising Motor Trade Jobs. Quarter 4 is the best time for you to start looking at your team and start the hiring process for Quarter 1 (which will hopefully be here before we know it!).

With most candidates having a notice period of up to 4 weeks, don’t miss out on the perfect employee for your business by holding off on your Recruitment until the new year is upon us.
