As a Motorcycle Sales Executive, you will work within the Sales Team and be responsible for prospecting to new and existing customers, qualifying, demonstrating and selling motorcycles and promoting the additional accessories, warranties, insurances and protection products on offer.

Based in a Dealership, you will have regular interaction with new and existing customers. It is therefore essential that you can offer the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, responsive and efficient service. A good Motorcycle Sales Executive will be someone who can work in a professional manner, answering any queries a customer may have and exploring all the options that may be suited to them.

You will report into the Sales Manager and will be expected to achieve sales objectives and contribute to the profitability of the dealership. Part of the role of Motorcycle Sales Executive involves completing administration processes accurately including when carrying out part exchange appraisals and vehicle handovers. You may also be expected to take potential customers out on test drives therefore a full UK Driving license is required.

The role of Motorcycle Sales Executive is very target driven and has lots of potential for growth and promotion for the right person. The natural next steps would be the role of Senior Motorcycle Sales Executive, Sales Team Leader right up to Sales Manager.

Typical working hours in this role can be up to 45 hours per week and this usually involves working some weekends. As a Motorcycle Sales Executive you will also get the opportunity to achieve great bonuses based on performance. For this reason, basic salaries tend to be lower but OTE can reach up to £40K if all targets are met
