As a Vehicle Parts Administrator , you are a vital support for the Sales, Service and Parts Teams. The main duties attributed to this role include assisting with parts enquiries, product information, delivery times and liaising across different departments within the company to ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly.
Typically this role is based within a Main Dealership and is primarily an administrative function. Filing, invoice printing, updating and maintaining systemised stock data are all key aspects of the role. A successful Vehicle Parts Administrator will be extremely organised, self-motivated and able to work to strict deadlines.
