The Workshop Controller or Bodyshop Manager will report into the General Manager who, depending on the structure of the operation may manage more than one site. In these instances they are sometimes referred to as Group Manager. The General Manager oversees the business in its entirety, implementing sales strategies, driving the business forward, overseeing recruitment and controlling the targets.
