Typically this would involve responding to online, telephone or face to face enquiries, providing competitive quotes, cross selling products and liaising with manufacturers. This is a customer facing role so it is important that you are well presented, can build rapport and have a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service.

A Vehicle Leasing Executive could be based within a leasing department of a Main Dealership or a leasing company. Either way, employers will be looking to take on someone who is self-motivated, has good commercial awareness and strong IT skills in order to maintain all customer records and diarising future contact.

Typical working hours in this role are around 37.5 hours per week, this could include some weekend working, usually on an ad-hoc basis. As a Vehicle Leasing Executive you will also get the opportunity to achieve great performance based bonuses, for this reason, basic salaries tend to be lower but OTE can reach £40K and above.
