Working in a Car Dealership will mean no two days are the same. They offer long term, rewarding career paths with many employers providing regular training and development programmes to their staff.

There are different types of Car Dealerships and they will vary significantly depending on size and sometimes location. A Main Car Dealership will sell cars made by a single or dual manufacturer. Within this Dealership you will find a Sales and Servicing Team and often a Commercial team. These types of Dealerships tend to be large, franchised businesses which offer customers an end to end service from sales, sales support, service and maintenance.

There are also used car Dealerships which will sell a wide range of second hand cars from lots of different manufacturers. These can be independent or franchised businesses
