Last night we were absolutely delighted to be announced as the “Automotive Recruitment Agency of the Year” in the 2022 Car Dealer Power Awards. Especially as we have held this title since 2013, an amazing 10-year period!

It really has blown us away that we have been won the highest accolade there is – a Car Dealer Power award that is voted for by the people we supply. To us there is no highest honour.

Having made it onto the shortlist for the Automotive Recruitment Agency of the Year, we were remaining ever hopeful that we could be in a chance of winning this highly coveted award, especially as it would mean that we would be able to celebrate a decade of success. And celebrate we are!!

Recruitment for the last year hasn’t been without it’s trials and tribulations, with finding good quality staff more difficult than ever. Pickings have never been slimmer, so our team have been working harder than ever to build relationships and to understand the people that make our business the success it is. Candidate care, whilst always up there as a priority, has never been more vital in our recruitment efforts.

We are in complete awe of the hard work and dedication our team show day in day out to ensure we are providing only the best service to all of those working in the Motor Trade. Without our team it would not be possible and we are so grateful to them all for the determination they show in making sure we continue to shine!
