 My client's reputable automotive company based in Plymouth. They're now looking for a Master Technician. They are looking for skilled individuals who take pride in their work to join their expanding team. As a Master Technician you will be a leading figure in the workshop and will be a key figure for future development into managerial roles. 

Not a master Technician? Don't worry - They are willing to consider applicants with a professional history as a Senior Technician/ Diagnostic Technician within a brand 
 
Role and Responsibilities of Master Technician:
As a Master Technician, your role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Carrying out diagnosis, servicing, and repair work on customer vehicles
  • Effectively using your technical knowledge and skills to work efficiently
  • Liaising with service advisors, customers, and senior management to ensure excellent customer service
  • Mentoring and developing apprentice technicians
  • Upholding core values of quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes, adhering to manufacturer standards. 
Qualifications and Skills or a Master Technician:
  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • MOT license preferred but not essential
  • Your own set of tools
  • A full UK driving licence
