  • Monday To Friday 8.30am - 5pm
  • NO Weekends
  • Independent Family Run Garage / Service Centre
  • Either Vehicle Technician With MOT Licence Or Vehicle Technician Considered 
 Our client, a well-established Independent Family Run Garage / Service Centre in the Welwyn area are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join the team. 

You will be required to carry out service work and MOT's (if have MOT Licence) on all vehicles that are booked into the workshop, liaising with both parts and service as and when required. You must have strong communication skills to encourage an efficient approach to your workload.
 
Our Client is offering the successful Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester:
  • Up To £32,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
  • Monday To Friday 8.30am - 5pm
  • NO Weekends
  • Independent Family Run Garage / Service Centre
  • Either Vehicle Technician With MOT Licence Or Vehicle Technician Considered 
Duties of a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester with our Client:
  • MOT Testing on Class 3, 4, 5, + 7 Vehicles
  • Performance of all maintenance services according to the instructions and according to the maintenance schedule.
  • All visual inspections, adjustment operations, adjustments, operating fluid changes and additions, replacement of worn equipment.
  • Responsible for repairing and servicing of vehicles booked into the workshop.
  • Carrying out warranty repairs to manufacturers guidelines.
What our Client expects of their Vehicle Technicians / MOT Tester:
  • NVQ Level 3 Qualifications & MOT License Advantageous
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Have a good attitude to work at all times
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
