Our client is part of a well-known Franchised Dealer Group, they have sites across Sussex, Hampshire, and Dorset area. They operate 2 accident repair centres specialising in Small to Medium vehicle damages and are looking to expand both the number of sites and employees.
Our client’s site has state of the art facilities which has benefited from significant investment. They are to go to for Alloy Wheel Damage Repairs, Bumper Scuffs, Chips, Cracks & hole repairs, alongside panel scratches, dents, and ding repairs.
Most of their work comes from trade customers, with some plans for additional general retail work as the businesses progresses. They have a fantastic reputation within the local area, and with strong links to car dealers within the area, a benefit from a continuous flow of work.
Our client is seeking Smart Repair Technicians with the ability to undertake vehicle preparation, vehicle paint spraying, light panel, and filler work, alongside rub-downs and refinishing.

- Carrying out Small Medium Area Damage Repairs
- Alloy Wheel Repairs
- Glass Repairs
- Trim & Leather Repairs
- Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repairs.
- Have an Excellent eye to detail in the preparation of Used cars for Sale & Retail
- Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines.
- Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.
- Previous Time-Served Paint Spraying/Smart Repair Experience
- Preferably have a NVQ level 3 or senior ATA accreditation
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
- You must also have your own equipment and guns.
