We are partnering with a renowned National Motor Trade Dealer Group with over 20 years of experience in the local community. Our client, known for their excellent reputation and multiple industry awards, operates with more than six vehicle brands across the South of the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager to join their vibrant automotive aftersales team in Acton.

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the success of the service department. The role requires at least 4 years of experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Reception Manager, or Service Manager within a car dealership or similar automotive service environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentorship and Training: Guide, train, and appraise Service Advisors, fostering a proactive attitude to help them achieve their potential.
