  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
  • Workdays: Monday - Friday 
Join our client’s well-established, family-run independent workshop, specialising in all makes and models of cars and vans. They are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their mechanical workshop team in Ashtead, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Perform heavy mechanical tasks including clutch replacements, gearbox repairs, and engine work.
  • Conduct vehicle diagnostics, both electrical and mechanical.
  • Willing to skill up and take on additional duties in the workshop working alongside senior vehicle technicians 
  • Collaborate with other skilled mechanics on MOT failures and various mechanical tasks.
Requirements Vehicle Technician:
  • Experience in handling a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
  • Ability to undertake complex mechanical jobs.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle diagnostics.
  • Open to Level 1, 2, and 3 Junior Technicians who are eager to learn and grow.
