  • Position: Master Technician
  • Location: Market Harborough 
  • Basic Salary: £38,000 + Bonuses (Flexible DoE)
  • OTE: £45,000+
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am - 1:00pm (Paid at 1.5x)
Our client, a reputable main dealer in Market Harborough, is seeking a skilled Master Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a great brand and take your technical expertise to the next level.

Key Responsibilities of a Master Vehicle Technician:
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles to the highest standards.
  • Provide expert technical advice and support to both customers and team members.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in line with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify any additional work required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including parts and labour.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.
Requirements of the Master Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Master Technician or equivalent in a main dealer environment.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant automotive qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • A valid UK driving licence.
