PDI Technician Needed for Main Dealer in Warwickshire
  • Location: Leamington Spa
  • Salary: Basic salary circa £30,000 with an OTE of £37,000 plus benefits
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Our client, a well-established and reputable Main Dealer Group, is expanding and looking for a PDI Technician. They are open to considering Level 2 or 3 qualified candidates.

  • Basic Salary: Circa £30,000 (Depending on Experience and Qualifications)
  • OTE: £37,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (NO WEEKENDS)

Key Responsibilities of a PDI Technician:
  • Carry out pre-delivery inspections to new and used cars to manufacturer standards.
  • Perform mechanical repairs on new and used cars to manufacturer standards.
  • Visually inspect the exterior and interiors.
  • Report all defects to factory ordered options.
  • Fit accessories.
  • Complete any associated paperwork prior to delivery to customers.
To be a Successful PDI Technician You Will Need:
  • Prior experience in a similar role as either a fully or part qualified technician.
  • A full driving license, as you may need to carry out road testing.
  • Demonstrate good mechanical and electrical knowledge and an ability to ensure all work is carried out to a high standard.
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or working towards completion).
