  • Reputable Accident Repair Centre
  • Up to £17 per hour
  • 40 hour week Monday to Friday

Our client, an Accident Repair Centre in the Ludlow area of Shropshire, are looking for a Paint Sprayer to join their team!

As a Paint Sprayer for our client you will be responsible for preparing vehicles to be painted and painting customer vehicles. As a Paint Sprayer you must demonstrate you can produce high quality results and meet customer deadlines. 

The successful paint Sprayers day to day duties will include but not limited to: 
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
  • Colour Mixing: Mix and match paint colours to ensure consistency and accuracy according to specifications.
  • Spray Painting: Utilise various paint application techniques, including airless and spray guns, to achieve a smooth and even finish.
  • Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces for flaws, imperfections, or inconsistencies and make necessary touch-ups.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on paint sprayers and related equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of paint mixtures, application processes, and job progress.

40 hour week Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required subject to business demand so you will need to be flexible with this however it would be paid as overtime.

The successful Paint Sprayer, will have previous experience in a similar role. And ideally will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Paint Spraying.
