  • Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm and Saturdays on a rota.
Are you experienced in customer-focused roles within the automotive industry? If you're seeking a new challenge to enhance your skill-set, you'll be part of a successful team of Service Advisors responsible for managing a busy service desk and upholding high standards.

You will be required to possess exceptional customer service skills. You should be confident in your ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals in a friendly and professional manner. Additionally, you must be able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Your job responsibilities will include managing customer enquiries related to service and repairs, ensuring that the vehicle is ready at the agreed-upon time, and providing the necessary advice to the customers.

To be eligible for this Service Advisor role for our client you must have the following:

To become a Service Advisor for our client, you would typically need to have previous experience in a similar role in the Automotive industry. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Good organisational skills and attention to detail are also key requirements for this role. Additionally, a good knowledge of vehicle parts and maintenance is important, as well and you must have a full UK driving license with minimal points and previous experience using computer systems and software.
