Aftersales Administrator required on the Isle of Wight!
  • Basic Salary circa £24,000 (£11.44/ph)
  • Multi Franchised Main Dealer
  • Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30
  • NO WEEKENDS
Our client is a Multi-Site Dealership group with a large presence on the Isle of Wight and within the wider Hampshire and Southwest region, covering over 50 sites and over 20 well established automotive brands, ranging from the strong volume performers to Prestige, Niche & High-End Vehicle.

At this site they represent a well-known brand in the automotive industry, with a great range of both Electric and ICE vehicles within their range.

Duties of an Aftersales Administrator with our Client
  • Provide administrative support for the service and parts departments.
  • Manage and process service and parts documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain an organised and up-to-date database of service and parts records.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating service appointments.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide updates and support to customers as required

  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred
  • Right to work within the UK
