We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Client's well-established Premium Branded Main Car Dealership in the High Wycombe area. 
 
They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing a first point of contact for enquiries within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.

Our Client is offering the successful Parts Advisor:
  • Up To £26,800 Basic Salary / £33,000 OTE!!
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5.30pm / Saturday Morning Rota 9am - 1pm (Paid As Overtime - Extra £1,200 Year)
  • Premium Branded Main Car Dealership Environment
  • Previous Automotive Parts Advisor Background Required + Kerridge DMS Experience Advantageous

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
  • Sourcing of parts for customers
  • To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
  • To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service, and promote customer satisfaction and CXI rating
  • To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay
What our Client expects of their Parts Advisor:
  • Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organisational and administration skills
  • Full and Clean Driving License
